Shared expectations
Keep everycrossing clear.
The same conduct rules apply whether someone is learning, teaching, working, hiring, or building a project.
Respect and clarity
Be specific about what you need, what you can offer, timing, compensation, and expected outcomes. Treat other members as people rather than leads or transactions.
Honest representation
Do not misstate age, qualifications, experience, availability, identity, prices, or project ownership. Examples of work must be your own or clearly credited.
Boundaries
No harassment, sexual content involving minors, discrimination, threats, coercion, fraud, spam, unsafe meeting pressure, or attempts to bypass guardian and safety controls.
